This two hour course will outline the legalities and requirements of utilizing a UTEP Procurement Card. Account reconcilers will be shown the electronic VP7 document and its function in the process. This workshop is designed for those with purchasing authority for their departments, those who supervise purchasing, andaccounting personnel. Topics include:

This 90 minute training course is designed for university employees tasked with the procurement responsibilities for their departments. Information will be provided on how to log-in, set-up your profile, create and approve purchase orders in the web-based purchasing module, Miner Mall. Miner Mall provides a one stop shop system for ordering good and services.

This six-hour course, presented by a state-licensed instructor, meets the mandated requirements to operate university vehicles and provides a certificate that may be presented to your personal car insurance provider for consideration for discounted car insurance. This course will not fulfill any requirements for ticket dismissal. Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m. and class begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. A one hour lunch break is provided.
NOTE: All attendees must bring valid driver's license to this training. Attendees who do not have a valid driver's license, will not receive a certificate
