    This six-hour course, presented by a state-licensed instructor, meets the mandated requirements to operate university vehicles and provides a certificate that may be presented to your personal car insurance provider for consideration for discounted car insurance. This course will not fulfill any requirements for ticket dismissal. Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m. and class begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. A one hour lunch break is provided. NOTE: All attendees must bring valid driver's license to this training. Attendees who do not have a valid driver's license, will not receive a certificate

    Identify the boundaries and barriers the population faces. Overcoming stereotypes and the effects the population might face. Becoming aware of the resources that are available in the community.

    Let’s all be part of the solution! This course offers a review of UTEP’s policies regarding sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, consensual relationships and equal opportunity. Our presentation covers different types and forms of sexual harassment and what to do if you are a victim of or a witness to harassment. We will review your rights and responsibilities as a UTEP employee. This training will also highlight the Campus SaVE Act, which identifies the response and prevention of sexual violence in institutions of higher education.

    Helps community members understand how to support victim-survivors of Sexual Assault and Abuse, how sexual violence impacts everyone in the community, and how to be part of the solution to ending sexual violence. Participants will learn about on-site support services, advocacy and how to learn, cope and heal.

    Learn the 4 different types of risks and safety tips as well as information on free police services.
